Promotes collaborative research and sharing innovation

 

Françoise Michel-Salaun has a PhD in Food Science and specializes in food technology. Following a post-doctoral position on food powders’ stability, she joined Symrise Pet Food in 2007 to work on innovation in palatability. From 2011, she worked on Research & Development projects for Symrise Pet Food’s new business, heading up the Videka Pet Food Protection Research team in 2015. Today, she is Food Protection Director at Symrise Taste, Nutrition and Health.

Françoise enjoys collaborating on research and sharing innovation with scientists around the world. She is most proud of projects that are successful in meeting customers’ expectations and finding solutions to their issues.
